Since Lego descided to scrap their original road plates, many have come up with ideas to produce a replacement option using plates and tiles, I have opted for using the new road plates with some modifications to allow them to tie in with my modular plates so that everything is on one common ground level, this is very much a work in progress as I continue to figure out the best way to integrate the railway sections into this format. someof my ongoing design ideas are below.
